I do my due diligence and research so when I needed to replace a dilapidated wooden fence I began my search for a reputable company. I had a list of about 10 fence companies and I went to each of their websites and researched them on BBB and read many-many reviews. I immediately liked what I saw and read about JRF. Truth be told - it was the first place and only place I ended up calling. I knew after speaking with Jeremy that I didn't need to call anyone else. My neighbors felt the same way. When you know you know. The project was unique because it was a three house project and a unique fence color and had many odd angles and slopes. The whole project was seamless. They showed up when they said they would - professionally dressed to provide quotes and do measurements.

They did a great job of communicating throughout the project - and we even had a supervisor stop by on the weekend to ensure everything was going according to plan and check up on the progress. There was one small snafu with one of their suppliers which may have added a day to the project but it was not a big deal and JRF communicated several times throughout the day about the problem. The guys were polite, they cleaned up after themselves and this installation was done during the highest heat indexes we had in August. They put in full days and did a fantastic job.

We had the fence maybe a week when hurricane Ian came rumbling through but no issues at all. Seriously - if you need a fence - your first and only call should be to Jeremy at JRF . They are pretty amazing.

As far as cost goes, I felt it was very reasonable. For comparison purposes - I had priced vinyl fences early 2020 (not through JRF). Then we all know what happened in March and we didn't proceed with the project.

Fast forward - supply chain issues and ridiculous price increases post pandemic, plus the custom color. I expected the quote from JRF would be considerably higher to the quote I received in 2020. Was the quote higher? Yes! Was it reasonable given the above? Yes.

Just really a top-notch business and these days, that isn't easy to find! If you need a fence - this is your team.

The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job on the new fence and I would be comfortable referring their services to others. This job was for the removal of my existing 6 ft privacy and replacing it with a new wooden fence. It was not a small job but they completed it in just one day!

Amazing job! The fence is spectacular and the crew was friendly. FYI - I'm the neighbor of the 1-star reviewer and witnessed the interaction with the team. The fence is "shared" on his side and in order to give him the "good" side that he demanded via letter and yelling at me, the crew had to walk on a tiny part of his property. The neighbor was extremely rude (and shirtless) while interacting with me and the crew. I walked away shaking. Anyway, I'm sure he and his mommy will also enjoy the fence (which was free for them).

I met Jeremy one day on my way home from work, as he was doing a another job in my neighborhood. After inquiring about his services, Jeremy came by my house the next day and gave me a fair honest qoute. My yard sits on a double lot, it is big. Jeremy set a time and date for the job, and he stuck to his word. I was able to watch the gate being installed from the beginning to the end, from my cameras. I was amazed that they had the fence completely installed that day. Jeremy is one of the most humbled, honest and professional person I've ever met. Great experience from start to finish. Jeremy arrived exactly when he said he would for the initial estimate. He was professional and thorough while discussing the layout of the fence. He took measurements and provided me with the estimate- which included a detailed drawing of the fence. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or like he was giving me a sales pitch. Just straight forward and honest. The price was more than fair and all things considered I was very comfortable writing him a check that day and I'm glad I did!!! My fence looks absolutely incredible and the crew that came out went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The project coordinator called me the morning after installation just to make sure I was pleased with my new fence. Great company and amazing people!!
